Our fees for services will generally be based on time expended and out of pocket costs.  However, they might also include other factors deemed relevant, including the difficulty of the tasks and the skill required to perform the accounting, tax or business consulting services properly, time constraints and the nature and length of the professional relationship with the client.  We are always available to discuss our fees in advance.

Although we have clients throughout Michigan we primarily serve clients in Mid-Michigan.  Our clients include all types of closely held businesses as well as nonprofit entities.
